1. What A Message From You Does
A Message From You allows you to create a message for yourself and schedule it for future delivery to an email address you provide.
The service is intended to create the experience of receiving something from your past self at a later date.
2. Your Email Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for maintaining access to that address until your scheduled delivery date.
If the email address is incorrect, no longer exists, is inaccessible, blocks our messages, or otherwise cannot receive email, we may be unable to deliver your message.
3. Future Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your message on or around its scheduled delivery date.
However, future delivery cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
- Email provider filtering or spam controls.
- An invalid, closed, or inaccessible email account.
- Internet, hosting, database, or email service outages.
- Security incidents or technical failures.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
You should not use A Message From You as the only place to store information that is important, irreplaceable, time-sensitive, or necessary for your health, safety, finances, legal affairs, or other critical purposes.
4. Your Messages
You retain ownership of the content you submit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantee that every message will be delivered, received, opened, preserved indefinitely, or remain accessible under every circumstance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, A Message From You and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
This includes losses arising from delayed, unsuccessful, or undeliverable messages, loss of access to an email account, service interruptions, or loss of stored information.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, security, or the integrity of the service, or when these Terms are materially violated.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
